Fees
In wages determining, both for individuals and legal entities have the basic idea of direct negotiation of
fees.
Costs relating to activities performed by a lawyer (legal stamp duty, stamp duty records, expert fees,
bailiff,
notary, transport costs, accommodation - in the movement-off locations and other related expenses) will be
borne
by the customer separately payment of attorneys fees. For all expenses listed above will present documents.
Fees are calculated based on negotiable rates, depending on each of the following elements:
- time and amount of work required for the execution of the mandate received or activity required by the
client;
- nature, scale, novelty, duration and difficulty of the case;

- benefit and profit results for the client, as a result of new work;

each customer individually.
Depending on customer needs and affordability, it can choose between the following types of proposed
collaboration:
- Fixed fee (flat rate) is set in advance a lump sum, uniform and invariable. It meets the needs of the

- Fee schedule: has a moderate level and change significantly depending on factors such as emergency work,
the complexity of the work, history of collaboration with the client
